ОЦЕНОЧНЫЙ КОМПОНЕНТ В СЕМАНТИКЕ АНГЛИЙСКИХ ФРАЗЕОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ЕДИНИЦ С ЛЕКСЕМАМИ, ОБОЗНАЧАЮЩИМИ НАЗВАНИЯ СТИХИЙ

В статье рассматривается оценочный компонент фразеологических единиц (ФЕ) с лексемами, обозначающими названия стихий, в английском языке. Выявлены и описаны три вида оценки, реализующиеся в семантике ФЕ с компонентами air, earth, fire и water, проанализировано влияние семантики лексем на оценочных характер ФЕ.

EVALUATIVE COMPONENT IN SEMANTICS OF THE ENGLISH PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS WITH LEXEMES, DENOTING THE FOUR ELEMENTS

The article deals with the evaluative component in the meaning of the phraseological units with the lexemes, which denote the names of the four elements in the English language. The three main types of the evaluation, expressed in the meaning of the phraseological units with the lexemes air, earth, fire and water have been revealed and described, the influence
of the meanings of the lexemes under study on the evaluation of the phraseological units has been analyzed.
